Announcement: Hussars Ladies vs Kosynierki Wroclaw “B”
Poznan Hussars Ladies will go up against Wroclaw’s Kosynierki reserve players. The match will take place June 18, 2011 at 12:30pm in the KS Posnania stadium. This will be the first girls lacrosse game in Poznan.
Poland’s world of lacrosse recently had the honour of accepting the players from the PoznanHussars Ladies into their ranks. Under the leadership of Michal Filipek, the players from Greater Poland already have had their national debut on the Silesia Cup International LacrosseTournament (read).
The willingness to solidify a strong team led to the organization of friendly matchup. The Poznan Hussars Ladies will host the Kosynierki Wroclaw reserve team. The selection of this particul arrival seems to be a good choice since both teams play at a similar level.
The female players from Lower Silesia have been training since the beginning of April. They’ve been developing rapidly under the watchful eye of Aneta Grobelna and Kasia Książek and have participated in tournaments and camps abroad. The yearn to get into the ranks of the starting line up of the oldest girls team in Poland.
Expect plenty of emotions at this game as both teams seem to be evenly matched.
