Educational Fair in Poznan 2011
During the days of 4th to 6th of March 2011 the 25th Educational Fair was held in Poznan. The Poznan Hussars decided to take advantage of this opportunity and to present lacrosse to youth.
The Educational Fair is a compendium of knowledge not only for students but also for their parents and teachers. Elementary schools, high schools as well as universities presented their offer. Also Poznan Hussars cooperating with University of Physical Education in Poznan became part of it.
Just like a year ago Hussars’ presentation took place at a small artificial field. In the beginning we played a small game 3 versus 3. After that everyone could grab a stick and try himself at the field.
The Educational Fair was another successful opportunity to promote lacrosse in Poznan. Poznan Hussars players with great eagerness and commitment are taking part in every event that helps to promote lacrosse which is still considered a new sport.
